As your personal Team-Y Coach, I apply my own experience having used High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to shed nearly 100 lbs. (and keeping it off). I understand that every day will not be the same on your wellness or weight loss journey. But together we can overcome anything, and we will grow stronger, together.
