Throughout my time as a personal Team-Y Coach, I have had the pleasure of being able to help a diverse group of people from high school athletes to adults rehabbing from joint replacements. Training and exercise can be amazing tools for the body, but it can be intimidating to get started. My role as your coach is to examine your current level of function, assess areas for improvement, and educate you on proper technique to optimize movement so we can achieve your individual goals.
